I booked using the online system to drop off at 840am and pick up at 315pm as I had a meeting to attend. I came in around 836am dropped it with Chantelle who said it would be at 4pm and they close 430pm. I said I can’t do that time as I had a meeting and she put down 2pm and would call if any issues. I then had a call to add another service from Joe but no indication that time would change seeing as 2pm is noted at the top of the service form on their clipboard. As I was told I would be called if any issues and no call came I went and at circa 239pm to pick up and spoke with Wayne at the service desk and he said they only just started. I said the lady said 2pm. He checked and said it would be another hour and a half. Whilst I understand that things happen, if Chantelle had called like she said she would if there was an issue I could have tried to mitigate my own arrangements in advance. This left me having to make alternate arrangements to do my meeting on the phone. Chantelle then called at 341pm to say car ready. They have a picture noting “Honour, respect and satisfaction” set them apart. Nor today thanks, not today, very poor communication and service.

I can’t give these guys a good review I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 sp25 gt. It was advertised as an Astina and it wasn’t until I did a REVs check that it came up as a GT, they said they knew this they just hadn’t changed it. They also questioned why I would care it was a GT… because it was listed as a top of the range Astina! The car presented well, they got a few issues fixed but one issue which I picked up was a leaking battery. Now they agreed to replace and clean where it had been leaking. I said please check fir rust and treat it. They said yes defiantly but how did it pass their 100 point safety check with a leaking battery…a very badly leaking battery. Upon collection they just cleaned the top of the old battery and sprayed the battery acid all over the engine bay. Now they says they replaced it which clearly it was just cleaned, came up with a lie saying “oh it must of got put in the other Mazda we had fur sale” Also stating it wasn’t agreed that they would put a new one in as the original sales person was off sick. They put a new battery in but when I got home I decided to detail the engine bay as there was still battery acid around and upon removing the new battery, the tray was CAKED in acid, they couldn’t of been bothered to clean up. It was coated everywhere! When originally inspecting the car, the work shop employees were yahooing, swearing and carrying on like idiots. I would not recommend any servicing by these guys and defiantly inspected the car closely upon collection.. Edit: They have since replied to my complaint of google but the reply has now been removed. Not sure why.

Don't bother buying a car with them if there's a long wait. I know my friends who bought from other dealerships get monthly updates about their order. But here, there is no after-sales communication, no monthly updates on where you are in the waitlist or whether there are any delays. Even after repeated emails and calls, including one which they promised to add me to their email update list two months ago, nothing has been done. Extremely disappointed with the service.
